Alta Montaña — Andean High Mountain Road

The route passes the Puente del Inca, a striking natural stone arch coloured by mineral deposits from the thermal springs beneath it, and Aconcagua Provincial Park, home to the Americas' highest peak at 6,962m — visible, conditions permitting, from a roadside viewpoint without requiring any climbing at all.
