A restorative day combining the crystal-clear mountain lakes of Yala Provincial Park with a soak in the thermal springs of Termas de Reyes, nestled in a dramatic Andean gorge just 19km from Jujuy city. The lakes at Yala sit within a genuinely different microclimate than the arid landscapes further into the Quebrada — cooler, greener, and forested, a reminder of how much the northwest's geography varies over relatively short distances. Termas de Reyes' thermal pools, fed by natural hot springs and set against a steep canyon backdrop, make a genuinely relaxing close to the day.
